NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & District of Columbia (“DC”), 18 and older. Employees, agents, officers & directors of TC Heartland, LLC (“Sponsor”), Facebook, Inc. & their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates & advertising & promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) & members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, children, siblings & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable Federal, state & local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Between 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 18, 2018 & 3:00 PM ET on April 19, 2018 (“Giveaway Period”), visit the Splenda^® Brand page on Facebook (“Splenda^®Sweetener Products Page”), find the post about the Container Store Gift Card Giveaway that includes “For your chance to win, tell us how you want to get organized in the comments by April 19, 2018 3:00 PM ET.” before 3:00 PM ET on April 19, 2018 and post your response as a comment to the post. Entries must be submitted by 3:00 PM ET on April 19, 2018. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person/Facebook ID. Multiple entries will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

WINNER DETERMINATION: Representatives of the Splenda^® Brand will randomly select one (1) potential winner within 24 hours of the end of the Giveaway Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified through the comment section of the applicable Container Store Gift Card Giveaway post & he/she will have 24 hours from notification to respond to Sponsor. A potential winner’s noncompliance within this time period or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification &, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any unawarded prize. If prize remains unawarded after third alternate winner notification, the prize will not be awarded.

Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize package including: One (1) Gift Card to The Container Store. Total ARV of prize: $100.00. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner is responsible for all federal, state & local taxes, if any, as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Winner may not substitute, assign, transfer or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/Facebook account/household.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to the entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) & understands that Sponsor & its designees may exploit, edit, modify, post, create derivatives of, distribute & otherwise use the entry & all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, user name, city & state of residence, voice, image (including, without limitation, Facebook profile photo) and/or likeness of entrant, in any & all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules & decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final & binding in all respects relating to this Giveaway; and (b) to release, discharge & hold harmless Released Parties from any & all injuries, liability, losses & damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of prize. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or comments or notifications; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Giveaway-related materials; (iii) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; or (iv) injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the Splenda^® Sweetener Products Page. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or the Splenda^® Sweetener Products Page, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified & all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway & if terminated, at its discretion, randomly select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair & appropriate by Sponsor.

WINNER’S NAME: Winner’s name will be posted on the Splenda^® Brand Page following the end of the Giveaway.
