¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Splenda® Granulated Sweetener, divided use
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat butter and ¼ cup Splenda Sweetener on medium speed about 2 minutes or until creamy.
Add flour gradually, mixing on low speed until blended. Mix in vanilla extract and pecans.
Shape dough into 1” balls; place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine remaining 2 tablespoons Splenda Sweetener and cornstarch; pulse until sweetener is powdered. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
