For the topping:
⅓ cup Splenda ® Brown Sugar Blend
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup cold trans fat free butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions
To make the filling:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir together peaches, Splenda Sugar Blend, orange juice, almond extract, flour, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in prepared dish.
To make the topping:
In a food processor, combine Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, flour, oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt; pulse to mix. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over peaches.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving warm.
