Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until all of the clumps of matcha are dissolved.
  2. Stir in milk, Splenda Monk Fruit, vanilla, yogurt, and chia. Refrigerate for two hours to give chia time to soak up the liquid.
  3. Divide the chia mixture evenly between two small jars. Using toppings if desired. Cover and refrigerate.  Enjoy within 3 days!
