Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, Splenda Sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, stir together eggs, bananas, oil, and milk until well blended. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chopped chocolate and walnuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
