Brownie Batter Dip

Instructions

  1. Pat black beans dry with a paper towel, then add them to a food processor. Add in all other ingredients except milk. Process until smooth. Mixture will be very thick.
  2. Stream in almond milk as you process ingredients on low, until a smooth dip-like consistency is reached (mixture should be about the consistency of hummus).
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If Brownie Batter Dip gets too thick, thin it out a bit with a little almond milk. Enjoy within one week!

  • Enjoy with sliced fruit such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and apples
  • Dip is delicious spread on toast
  • Use as a dessert topping or on pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal
