Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until fat renders, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar and Splenda Sugar Blend. Cook over high heat for 8–10 minutes, whisking occasionally, until thickened.
  3. Add cooked bacon, apple, onion, red and green bell pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for about 10 minutes, until liquid has reduced and is quite thick.
  4. Season with salt, then cool completely.
