Ingredients
1 ½ cups chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup Splenda® Magic Baker™ Brown Sweetener, divided
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup vegetable oil spread, melted
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line baking pan with a parchment paper sling, pushing parchment into corners and up sides of dish.
In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, ¼ cup Splenda Magic Baker Brown Sweetener and cornstarch.
In a large bowl, mix oats, remaining sweetener, flour, vegetable oil spread, baking soda and cinnamon together until combined.
Press 1 ¾ cups oats mixture firmly into prepared pan. Spread strawberry mixture evenly over oat mixture. Top with remaining oats mixture.
Bake until top is golden-brown and strawberry mixture is bubbling, about 30-35 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely. Cut into 12 bars. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
