Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl using an electric mixer, mash yams on medium speed. Add evaporated milk, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Beat until combined.
  3. Transfer filling into crust. Top with pecans.
  4. Bake 40–45 minutes, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
