¾ cup Dutch process cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup Splenda® Sugar Blend
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two baking sheets.
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and Splenda Sugar Blend, beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually stir in flour mixture until combined.
Divide dough in half; form each half into a circle. On a lightly floured work surface, roll one portion of dough to ⅛” thick. Cut shapes with a cookie cutter, and place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake 8–10 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool slightly, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
