Almond Cheesecake Bars

Instructions

To make the crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine crust ingredients and mix until crumbs are evenly moist.
  3. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until firm.

To make the filling:

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and Splenda Sweetener together and mix until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Add sour cream and extracts; mix until smooth. Pour over prepared crust.
  3. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until set. Top with toasted almonds.
  4. Let cool before slicing into bars.
