Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and flour two 8” round cake pans.
In a bowl, stir together, flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Using an electric mixer, beat Splenda Sugar Blend, egg yolks, and oil on medium speed until mixture is well-blended, about 1 minute.
Add milk and vanilla extract and mix at low speed until blended.
Add the flour mixture. Mix on medium-high speed until well-blended.
Transfer batter to prepared pans.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes on rack before removing from pans. Once cool, frost as desired.
